5th Annual Yardbird Opening Day Dove Shoot

Directions:
Take 290 West past Mason Road to Bauer Road; Loop under the highway & take 290East to Mason Road exit; Stay on feeder road & enter property through dirt road onthe right BEFORE the light at Mason Road.As you enter the property, come down 300 yards to the old house on the right. Park inthe designated parking area. What to bring:
1. Gun, Shells, chair / stool, LICENSE2. Mosquito Spray, sunscreen, RICE BOOTS (its wet from all the rains)3. Dog (if properly trained) – Water for dog!4. ATV’s5. Tip money, Beer, Water6. Signed Waiver (click link to left to view and print) What not to bring:
Guests, Wives, Kids, and Lawsuits Rules of engagement:
1. NO shooting outside the gate or over Hwy 290.2. NO shooting inside the barn, house parking area.3. You may line up outside of that area provided you shoot away from equipment,cars and people.4. Please spread out – there is no need to bunch up. Hunters will be rotated into thehot spots. IF you shoot your limit, please refrain from shooting allowing other toenjoy your spot.5. The limit is 12 doves Killed, not 12 doves found. Please make a concerted andsportsmanlike effort to retrieve all downed birds. There will be plenty, so pleaseonly shoot those birds you have a reasonable chance of retrieving.6. Management recommends you curtail the alcohol intake until after you kill yourlimit.7. Tips for bird boys and bird girls are highly appreciated - $10-20 is suggested.
